They said to transfer fund in my account through RBI, you have to pay Cost of Transfer (COT) charges Rs 427000/- to get COT Code but I said, I dont have this much money with me, I paid Rs 30000/- cash deposited in ICICI Bank Vasco Goa Account No.036605000883 in the name of Fashion Point payable at Juhu(West)on 26.08.10. Then they said to required Anti-Terrorism Code, you have to deposit Rs 120000/- but i didn't pay.Please help me to get the amt back.
